After all these time
i finally got time to post again .
So yeah , today i'll be giving you guys a few tips
on getting a healthy skin .
As you may or may not know ,
not everyone has a perfect skin but some
looks like they have a really nice skin
so i'm going to share the secrets of
having a healthy glowing skin with you :D
First thing first ,
if you're living in a sunny country like i do ,
you might need to consider buying yourself
a sunblock or sunscreen (whatever you call it)
because sun exposure can cause
wrinkles , age spots and other skin problems
and believe it or not it can also
increase the rate of getting skin cancer .
So make sure you put on sunblock before you go
out and expose your skin to the sun
or you can just wear protective clothing
that show less skin or maybe use an umbrella .
The second tips might be a little hard
for those who smokes .
Don't think girls don't smoke because some do .
So the second tips is to stop smoking .
Smoking makes your skin looks older and
it narrows your tiny blood vessels in the
outermost layers of skin which decrease your blood flow .
It can also damages the collagen and elastin
(which is the fibers that give your skin strength and elasticity) .
Best way to protect your skin is to quit smoking .
The third tips is to treat your skin gently .
If you have a super dry skin ,
use a moisturiser that contain SPF
and after you washed your face ,
pat your face gently instead of rubbing it with a clean towel
so that some moisture remains on your skin .
Avoid using strong soaps because
it can strip oil from your skin and makes it dry .
My second last tips is to eat a healthy diet .
Eat more vegetables , fruits , whole grains and lean proteins .
A diet that is rich in vitamin C and low in unhealthy fats
can make you skin looks younger and glowing .
Don't forget to drink plenty of water too okay ? okay .
Last but not least , get enough sleep .
Lack of sleep can cause stress and depression
which can cause your skin to be more sensitive than usual
so that means acne can appear way easier .
So make sure you get enough sleep and
do more fun and relaxing things that makes you happy .
